Refund Policy

At ROI Assist, we are committed to delivering top-notch marketing services that exceed our clients’ expectations. We strive to ensure 100% customer satisfaction. However, if you experience any issues with our services, such as duplicate charges due to processing errors or failure to meet specific project requirements, we will process a refund according to the guidelines below.

Refund Eligibility

Refund requests will be addressed according to the following structure:

  • Within 48 hours of service delivery: Eligible for a 66% refund (less a 10% service & processing fee).
  • Between 48-120 hours of service delivery: Eligible for a 33% refund (less a 10% service & processing fee).
  • After 120 hours of service delivery: No refunds will be provided. However, we encourage you to contact us with any concerns, and we will work with you to achieve a satisfactory resolution.

Refund Conditions

  1. If the client fails to provide the necessary briefing and project requirements within 7 days of initiating the service, the payment made will be non-refundable.
  2. All refund requests must be communicated to our support department. ROI Assist reserves the right to approve or disapprove your request based on the specifics of each case.

How to Claim Your Refund

To ensure that your refund request is considered, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Specify your concerns by reaching out to our support team.
  2. Resolution Attempt: We will first attempt to address your concerns through revisions as per our revision policy.
  3. Refund Approval: If the issue cannot be resolved, we will email you a refund request approval from our refund department.

Post-Refund Conditions

Once a refund is processed:

  • All rights to any materials, designs, or work products delivered to you by ROI Assist will be transferred back to us.
  • You agree that you will not use or display any versions of the materials, designs, or content provided by ROI Assist, and you will have no ownership interest in these items.
  • ROI Assist may collaborate with relevant authorities to ensure that any refunded work is not reused or displayed as original content in the future.
